how to cancel an AppStore/iTunes movie rental

How do you cancel an AppStore/ITunes movie rental? I rented a movie by mistake, but have not downloaded it.

The charge appears on my Purchase History bill. However, there is no arrow to the left of the item in order to cancel the charge.

iPhone 6, iOS 10.0.2

Generally all purchases / rentals are considered final as per the iTunes Terms of service.

You can try going to http://reportaproblem.apple.com and report the issue with the rental there and request a refund, but Apple is under no obligation to grant you one.
